This can be created using a service called PixVerse.
Open the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
Select “Effects” instead of image/text mode.
Select “Jellycat Everthing.”
All you have to do is click the upload button on the left and specify the image you want to move.
Click the Start Creating button at the bottom right and wait.
